Is there anyone who doesn’t love a hearty camp oven casserole when they’re camping? Here is the easiest (and tastiest) one we’ve tried.
Ingredients
- 1.5kg of diced casserole beef
- 2 large carrots sliced
- 4 sticks celery sliced
- 1kg baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons worstershire sauce (it is okay to slip a bit when adding this if you like it a bit saltier)
- 1 tub tomato paste
- Good bit of crushed garlic
- 1 litre beef stock
- Cup red wine, nothing fancy
- A few bay leaves
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
